Color Pencil Tutorial PART 1

Quite some time back made a request for a small tutorial on color pencils. I thought hey that's a pretty good idea but never really got off my butt to do it.

So here is part one of the tutorial, give me some time I'm still editting part two XD *I was excited, didn't want to wait!*
